Bio
Felix Brooks, Jr. is a Transitions Coordinator for the 9th Circuit Court Family Division in Kalamazoo, Michigan, where he has worked for 27 years. His previous positions held include Intensive Probation and In-Home Detention as a part of the field services department. He has taught at WMU since 1993. Felix also serves on the Board of Directors of the Juvenile Justice Association of Michigan and has also been a trainer for the National Partnership for Juvenile Services.
