Jane Spencer

Jane Spencer is the Project Manager for the Michigan Alcohol and Other Drug School Survey Project (MAOD). She is responsible for the scheduling of surveys and office administration. She earned a Masters of Public Administration degree, specializing in Human Resource Management, from Western Michigan University in 1997.
