Survey Research:
The KCSR specializes in telephone and mail surveys. KCSR has a professional staff with extensive experience in sampling techniques, survey design, data collection, and analysis. The CATI interview network provides a professional and efficient interviewing atmosphere. Entire studies, from research design to final report, are completed at the Center. KCSR uses a variety of sample designs and selection procedures such as random digit dialing and stratified samples.

Qualitative Techniques:
KCSR uses focus groups and in-depth interviewing, especially in the early stages of project development, to identify, explore, and clarify important parameters, points of view, and project goals. These techniques also allow us to better focus subsequent methodologies such as surveys and secondary data searches.

Program Evaluation:
KCSR works closely with its clients and stakeholders. KCSR offers process and outcome evaluation, formative and summative evaluations, needs assessments, and assets and other community mapping studies.

Consultation:
