Making Appointments

Clinic & Nursing Services

• Appointments can be made by calling Sindecuse Health Center at (269) 387-3290 or come to the Health Center and speak directly with the appointment staff.
• Choose a physician or physician assistant with whom you feel comfortable and request this clinician by appointment whenever you need health care.

Sports Medicine Clinic - Physical Therapy

• Appointments with a sports medicine physician or for physical therapy can be made by calling (269) 387-3248.

Medical Social Work

• Crisis intervention, short term counseling, assistance with financial and insurance needs, pharmaceutical patient assistance, or Plan First!

• Anonymous HIV Counseling, Testing and Education
  Call 387-4HIV for more information or 387-3263 to schedule an appointment.

Diagnostic Services - Lab & X-ray

• For an appointment in diagnostic services call (269) 387-3245. Early morning appointments available.

Health Promotion & Education

• For nutrition counseling, massage therapy, light therapy, or Sexual Health Consultation appointment, or a Healthy Living workshop registration call (269) 387-3263.

Appointment TIPS

• Arrive fifteen minutes before your scheduled appointment time and plan at least 1 - 1 1/2 hours for your visit.
• Bring your WMU ID and current insurance card.
• If you have prescription drug coverage through outside insurance, bring your identification card and information with you.
• If you cannot keep your appointment, call the Health Center so that your time may be used to help another student. You will be charged for an appointment not cancelled.
