Hand Washing 101
"Hand washing is the single most important procedure for preventing the spread of infection." - CDC
- Initial Rinse—Wet your hands with warm running water.
- Apply soap and lather well.
- Scrub your hands thoroughly for 20 seconds.
- Rinse well.
- Dry your hands with a clean or disposable paper towel.
- Turn water off using the towel.
