Be early
Everyone has to check in, so plan on arriving fifteen minutes before your appointment. That will get you through the registration process and into your appointment on time.
Bring your WMU ID and current insurance card
You'll need both of these. If you have prescription drug coverage through outside insurance, bring that identification card and information with you. Bring a photocopy if you don't carry your card.
Cancellation and no-show policy
Beginning January 1, 2013 a $20 fee will be charged for missed appointments not cancelled or rescheduled at least 4 hours in advance. This fee will be the same for all Health Center departments. If you are unable to keep your appointment, call us at (269) 387-3290 or use the Health Manager to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Health insurance policies do not pay cancellation fees.
