The "Other Services Activities" button opens the OS Activity file. To add a record to this file, you can either hit the "Add" button on the top of the form, or select "Mode>New Record" from the Command bar if you are using FileMaker 3 or 4. You can select "Records>New Record" if you are using FileMaker 5. When you add a new record, the YEAR and MS CENTER fields are automatically filled in.

Some fields are required. An error message will be displayed if a required field is left blank.

The SCHOOLS INVOLVED, TARGET GROUP, CONTENT AREA, and STATEWIDE PROJECT fields have drop-down lists. When you choose a School from the SCHOOLS INVOLVED drop-down list, a record is written in the OS_SCHOOLS file.
