When the database is opened, the Main Switchboard is displayed. The Main Switchboard is a menu set up for ease of data entry. There are also several reports that can be accessed from other switchboards connected to the Main Switchboard. Custom queries and reports can be created by going to the Database Window.

The following picture is an example of the Main Switchboard. Buttons on the picture are linked to pages with directions. Use your browser's BACK button to return to the previous page.

From the Main Switchboard, you can go to switchboards for Professional Development (PD), Student Services (SS), and Other Services (OS), you can edit the school drop-down list, or you can close the database.
