Authorized users

You, the student, can authorize others (parents, employers, etc.) to view your student information and make payments on your behalf.

The persons authorized to access the student account can learn what they can do with the student's permission from these instructions.

Get a transcript

Your WMU transcript is the official and permanent record of all the courses you have enrolled in at Western.  This site will tell you how to get a copy of your official transcript or your unofficial transcript.  Current students can get a copy of their unofficial transcript through GoWMU; more details can be found on this page.

GPA calculator

Grade policy

The grading policy and system related to grading can be found here.  In addition, current students can find instructions on how to view grades online.  Information on honor points, graduation with honors, incompletes, and grade changes is available.

Address/phone/name changes

Information on the different types of addresses that WMU maintains for students as well as the process for changing addresses and phone numbers through GoWMU can be found here.  The process for name changes is also available.

Progress to degree

Brochure that explains in detail the online tool that students can use to evaluate their progress toward their degree objective and what effect a change of major or minor can have.
