SIS (Banner) request for the business office For business office employees to enter/view accounts data (available through GoWMU)
Cognos account request form: Web-based reporting system for data in WMU’s Student Information System (available through GoWMU)
Image Now request for access: Access to the scanned student information (available through GoWMU)
SSN access request form: Access to the field with the social security number limited to personnel for whom access is a business necessity (available through GoWMU)
As a user with privileges to a secure student information system, you have access to data pertaining to WMU faculty, staff, and students. As a user entrusted with access, you are to become familiar with and agree to abide by these policies.
All data viewed, modified, or retrieved via a University data system is ONLY for the use of University faculty and staff doing the work of the University. Any other use or disclosure of this information is strictly prohibited.
