Ways to order:

1. GoWMU (current and recent students).
2. Fax/mail order form.
3. In person at Registrar's Office with picture ID.

Good to know:

• Holds must be resolved.
• Only WMU courses are on the transcript.
• Final grades are posted the week after exam week.
• All faxed requests must be paid by credit card.

Include:

• Name (including any maiden or married names you may have used while attending the University).
• Student identification number (WIN or SSN).
• Date of birth.
• Date of last term you were enrolled.
• Phone number or e-mail address where you can be reached if there is a problem with your request.
• Detailed instructions to where you want your transcript sent.
• Your handwritten signature is required to process.
• Request fee must be included. Without the proper fee, the request will be returned unfilled.

Payment

• $5 per copy transcript fee can be paid using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, check, cash or money order.
• When paying by credit card, include your credit card number, expiration date, your name as it appears on the card, and your signature.
• Checks and money orders should be made payable to Western Michigan University.
• All faxed requests must be paid by credit card.

Getting your transcript FAST!

• Fax Service: $10 charge. We will fax an unofficial transcript and follow up with a mailed official transcript to the same location. Transcripts can only be faxed to areas within the United States.
• FedEx: to have your transcript sent by way of FedEx, please note that FedEX will not deliver to a post office box. We do not ship via FedEx outside of the USA. Shipping rates may be paid by credit card or applied to a FedEx account. Please include a credit card number and expiration date OR, a FedEx account number on the request. For current shipping rates, please contact FedEx. US Deliveries call 1-800-GO-FedEx. 
• Express Mail: A prepaid, express mail envelope from the USPS must be provided.
