Summer II Information
Summer I ends Friday. Grades are due next Tuesday, August 21 at noon. Grades will be available to students as soon as we complete processing, which should will be sometime in the late afternoon on August 21.
Degree Works Update
The Degree Works implementation is progressing on schedule. The program requirements for the College of Aviation have been completed and they are now working to validate the data. We are on track to roll Degree Works out to incoming students next summer at orientation.
Did you know…
Degree Works has a notes feature that allows users to document information collected during advising appointments and record advice given to a student? Pre-defined notes can be set up or information can be entered in manually. The creator of the note and the day and time the note was entered will be recorded automatically in the system. Notes can be used for internal use only or they can be made available to the student. Anyone with access to the notes can view the information in Degree Works and the notes will follow the student even if they change their major.

- Friday, September 28—Last day to receive a 50% refund for a complete withdraw
- Monday, October 1—First work grade due
- Wednesday, October 24—Last day to receive a 25% refund for a complete withdraw
- Sunday, October 28—Midterm grades due
- Monday, November 5—Last day to withdraw
- Wednesday, November 21—Thanksgiving recess starts at noon
- Monday, November 26—Classes resume
- Tuesday, Dec. 18—Final grades due at noon
- Saturday, Dec. 15--Commencement
