Census

In preparation for census tonight, please ensure:

• All sections have the correct instructor of record listed.
• All sections on hold have been cancelled or made active.
• Registration is complete for all students so that they will be counted in our summer census numbers.

Waitlisting

Waitlisting has ended for Summer I. Any students on a waitlist for a Summer I section have been dropped. Departments may add students into waitlisted sections today as they see appropriate.

Spring 2013 Working Reports

Spring 2013 working reports are now available in Cognos.  Banner will be available to update Spring 2013 offerings beginning today through 5 p.m. on Friday, May 25. Departments are responsible for their own edits during this round.

Docufide

This week marks the one year anniversary of using Docufide to manage the ordering, processing and delivery of student transcripts.  Through Docufide we have been able to provide current students and alumni with the ability to request transcripts on-line 24/7 and give them the option to request electronic delivery to any destination.  To date, over 20,000 WMU transcripts have been requested using Docufide and over half have been delivered electronically.

• Monday, May 14—Census
• Monday, May 21—Last day to receive 50% refund for complete withdrawal
• Monday, May 28—Memorial Day Recess
• Friday, June 1—Last day to receive 25% refund for complete withdrawal
• Monday, June 4—Last day to withdraw
• Wednesday, June 27—Session ends
• Saturday, June 30—Commencement
• Tuesday, July 3—Final grades due at noon
