Please ensure that all sections have an instructor of record, and that all sections on hold are either canceled or made active, by the end of the day today.
*Note that the late add fee of $100 per class is only assessed to students who are not registered for spring courses at this point; when they add a course or courses they will be assessed a late add fee of $100 per course per University policy.
The "Final Review" of course schedules for FALL 2010 will be ready for pick up on Tuesday, January 19th. Please use pink sheets for any new or additional sections of classes.
All schedule changes must have the signature of the college Dean. Enter all additions and or corrections to faculty assignments in Banner.
Schedule changes for FALL 2010 are due at the Registrar's Office on Tuesday, January 26th by 5pm!
*Please return the working report to our office even if there are no corrections.
The move to the new version of Banner will begin on Thursday, January 28. Our current Banner environment will be down from 11:00 pm on January 28 through sometime Sunday afternoon, January 31.
During this time, there will be no access to INB, SSB, Vista, imaging, cognos (banner reports).
Faculty will not be able to access class lists, nor submit midterm grades.
Students will not be able to access class schedules, grades, or any other information, nor will they be able to pay bills during this time.
