Grades are due by noon tomorrow, December 22nd. We will close the grading system at noon for processing. I expect that we will complete this by mid to late afternoon, at which time grading will be re-opened and grades will be available for viewing by students.
To track missing grades, there is now a missing grade report in cognos. The report is in the End of Semester report area in the Missing Grades (data from Banner) folder. The report itself is titled 'REG:Missing 100 Grades by College by Course (multiple Excel worksheets):091.
Click on the report to run it, you will be prompted for the term. Enter 200940 for this fall. The spreadsheet will include sections with missing grades by college. Each college is on a separate page in the worksheet, beginning with Arts & Sciences.
The report includes the course, instructor name, number of students enrolled and the CRN.
Please note that this report is 'real-time' data, so it will change from moment to moment as instructors are submitting grades.
Many students are eager to see their final grades for this fall, for a number of reasons. Please remind instructors of the importance of meeting the noon grading deadline.
Best wishes for a joyous, peaceful holiday season. Safe travels wherever you may be.
