Withdrawals, late adds, etc.

We are now past the drop/add period. Any student wishing to add a course should complete the late add request form, after the form is signed by the instructor and the dept chair, the student needs to bring the form to this office. If the course added is the student’s first this fall, the student will be charged the $100 late add fee for each course added.

Students can withdraw from any fall course online, through GoWMU, now through Nov. 9. Any withdrawals will be recorded as a ‘W’ on the student transcript. Please see the dates below for refund deadlines.

A reminder that instructors can report any issues with classrooms using the online form found on http://broncofixit.pp.wmich.edu/classrooms.html.

Spring 2010

Spring schedules will be available for viewing beginning Monday, Oct. 5. Registration for spring opens on Oct. 19.

And a reminder that all students in University curriculum have holds on their account; they will be required to see their advisor before registering for spring courses. Any questions should be directed to Rich McMullen or Randy Ott.

Upcoming dates:

• Monday, Sept. 21 – Last day for 50% refund for partial withdrawal
• Friday, Oct. 2 – Last day for 50% refund for complete withdrawal
• Wednesday, Oct. 28 – Last day for 25% refund for complete withdrawal
• Sunday, Nov. 1 – Last day to submit midterm grades
• Monday, Nov. 9 – Last day students can withdraw from fall classes
