Summer II grading

Grades for summer II are due next Tuesday, August 18 at noon. The grading system will be shut down shortly after noon to allow grade processing to run. We expect to have grades available for students to view by late afternoon. As always, please contact the Registrar’s office, 387-4310, with any questions.

Student parking permits

A change was made last week regarding Parking permits for Fall 2009, the new decision is as follows:

The decision was made to allow students to charge Parking permits on their student account.  The students may also pay for the permits by cash, check or a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). 

Students will be able to charge parking permits to student accounts until Spring 2010 semester.  Then it will be cash, check or credit cards with the exception of financial aid students or others with a specific need.

Looking toward fall -

• Please begin ensuring that all sections have an instructor of record assigned. Also, cancel those classes on hold that are not going to run. This will help us to free the room assigned for other needs.
• Also, please review room assignments, if there are issues, please let us know now. It’s easier to make changes now rather than later if changes are necessary. If you need to open sections, check with this office first regarding days and times to ensure that a room is available.

Upcoming dates:

• Friday, August 14 – last day of classes for Summer II
• Tuesday, August 18 – grades due at noon
