
Grades for all summer I courses are due by noon on Tuesday, June 30. At noon, we will close the system to allow the grading processing to occur. The system will re-open later in the afternoon, at that time students will be able to view their summer I grades.

The Center for Academic Support Programs (CASP) will have a new name, effective July 1, 2009. The new name will be the Center for Academic Student Success (CASS).
In addition, long time advisor and University Curriculum Director, Donna Mearing, will be retiring from WMU, effective the end of August. Current CASP staff member Rich McMullen will take over as Director of University Curriculum. Congratulations, and best wishes, Donna!
Also, the Advocacy Office for Transfer Students and Military Offices will move within CASS, also effective July 1.
Academic Technology and Instructional Services, formerly ATIS, will become Online Education, effective July 1, 2009. This change will be reflected in the course offerings list, students will search for online courses by looking for ‘Online Education’, rather than ‘ATIS’.
At this point, 2,908 new freshmen have registered for fall classes in the 12 Orientation groups which have come to campus this month. Two more groups are scheduled this week. So far, 293 students are registered to attend these last two groups.
