On Monday morning, there will be two new links under the Payment and Account Information link on GOWMU. Added will be a link to take the student directly to the place where they Add an Authorized User and a link for Granting/Revoking Authorized UserAccess to view academic and financial aid information. The Payment and Account Information area will now appear as follows:

When students click on the links this is where they will go and what they can do.
Payment and Account Information link - it will take them to the home page of the Payment and Account information site. Here the students can make a payment, view their account information, semester invoices, monthly statements, enroll in a payment plan, and set up authorized users to view account information and grant them access to academic and financial aid information.
Add Authorized User link - it will take them directly to the Authorized User page in the Payment and Account information site. Here is where they set up all authorized users and grant them access to view their account and make payments.
Grant/Revoke Authorized User Access - it will take them directly to the site where they grant Authorized Users (who are already set up) access to academic and financial aid information. They can grant/revoke access to Enrollment Verification, Midterm Grades, Final Grades, Schedule of Classes, Unofficial Transcript, Financial Aid Requirements, Financial Aid Awards for Aid Year, and the Financial Aid Award Payment Schedule. They grant separate access to these items for each authorized user.
A reminder that both INB and Self-serve banner will be unavailable next weekend for the upgrade to version 7.5. On Saturday OIT staff will be implementing the upgraded software, and on Sunday, Feb. 3rd, functional staff will be testing to ensure all functions are working correctly. Both INB and self-serve Banner will be back up on Monday morning, Feb. 4th.
