Vista users, a message from Julie Scott

As we move into Finals week, a reminder: If you want to submit your grades directly to Banner from the Vista grade book, you can find directions on: www.wmich.edu/elearning/faculty/grade-export.html

If you experience problems with grade export, please notify the ITCenter  7-6958 as soon as possible.

FERPA reminder

Do not leave any graded student work, tests, papers, etc., in a public place for students to pick up. This includes envelopes on an office door or boxes outside offices. FERPA does not allow graded student work to be left in any place where others can view it.

Did you know…

Students receive an email whenever a hold of any kind is placed on their account. Students also receive an email whenever there is a grade change for them. These emails go to the wmich.edu accounts, and so is another reason it’s important for students to check their WMU email.

Have a good end of the semester, and Happy Holidays,
