Registrar's Notes

Welcome to the start of the Spring 2007 semester!

Please keep in mind the following dates:

• Friday, January 12th, the last day of the drop/add period for Spring (Note students can drop/add online through 11:59 pm on Friday)
• Monday, January 15th, MLK Day, no classes
• Tuesday, January 16th, Last day departments have access to change student schedules. Also census day.
• Wednesday, January 17th, Late add fee begins - students with no courses on their schedule who add a course or courses are charged $100 per course.

A One-Stop Convenience Center will be open in the Bernhard Center Monday through Wednesday this week. The hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Services and offices represented will include Career and Student Employment Services, Parking Services, the Registrar's Office and Sindecuse Health Center. Services regularly available at Bronco Express--answers to basic questions about financial aid, paying bills and student accounts--will remain at Bronco Express, with extended hours.

Instructors of record -

please check all course sections in your department to ensure that all sections have an instructor of record, and that the instructor listed is the correct instructor.

Prerequisites -

There may be students in courses this semester who registered for the course before grades were issued for the fall semester, who because of their fall grade do not meet the prerequisite. There is a cognos report which will help to identify these students.
