Office of the University Registrar processes enrollment status certification
of VA students right after the last day of the add-drop period in each
term and subsequent updates or changes in status are done on a weekly
basis. The enrollment certification is electronically transmitted to
the Department of Veterans Affairs Regional Office in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
