Sep 8	Last day for 100% tuition refund
Sep 10	Late add fee begins
Sep 11	last day 90% tuition refund for complete withdrawal
Sep 12	Last day to apply for Dec graduation
Sep 15	last day 50% tuition refund for partial withdrawal
Sep 26	last day 50% tuition refund for complete withdrawal
