Zest for Life is an employee wellness program for all Western Michigan University employees, retirees, and their spouses. The program is designed to enhance participants’ quality of life through various health programs and fitness opportunities. We invite you to join us as partners in health through your participation in our programs and your encouragement of others to join our team.
The Poker Walk will take place on Tuesday, May 21. Poker Walk is a fun-filled event designed to celebrate
National Employee Health & Fitness Day! Create a team or walk
individually around a 2 mile course and collect cards along the way.
Depending on your poker hand you could win some great prizes.
We encourage you to form a Poker Walk TEAM because Team Exercise Adds Motivation! Pre-registration for the event is required.
Advanced registration is required for participation in all ZFL events/activities.
