Zest for Life
Zest for Life is an employee wellness program for all Western Michigan University employees, retirees and their spouses. The program is designed to enhance participants’ quality of life through various health programs and fitness opportunities. We invite you to join us as partners in health through your participation in our programs and your encouragement of others to join our team.
Group exercise classes are available to all Zest for Life participants. Classes are available on a drop-in basis. Participants may attend more than one class format and may choose any combination of days and times to participate. Prior to participating, all participants must have a physical activity readiness questionnaire and participation agreement on file.
*Classes marked with a "W" are free to WMU faculty, staff, emeriti and retirees (must have SRC access).
