The personal training program offered at the SRC is designed to assist students and staff in reaching their fitness goals. A variety of times and packages are available to meet your needs. You have the option of training individually or with a partner. You will be paired with a trained fitness specialist who will both motivate and educate you on the most effective ways to train to reach your goals. The training session involves a comprehensive fitness assessment and goal setting followed by a personal program designed on the basis of the assessment results and your individual goals.
To get started with personal training, clients must first purchase a Welcome Package. The welcome package is two hours and includes fitness assessment, consultation, program design and workout plan. All clients must utilize the Welcome Package before purchasing a session.
