University Recreation offers a wide range of aerobic classes to meet your fitness needs. Motivating, enthusiastic, and energy-packed instructors will lead you in classes that consist of a variety of cardiovascular activities as well as strengthening, flexibility, and relaxation exercises designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels. Passes are necessary for admission to all classes.
During the summer sessions, the combo pass covers both Aerobics and CycleFit classes for one low price. Daily pass rates remain the same.
Please note aerobics classes will be capped due to space limitations and equipment availability:
Cardio-type classes will be capped at 50 participants
Toning-type classes will be capped at 40 participants
We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to all aerobics classes.
Completion of the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) is required prior to initial participation. PAR-Qs may be filled out at the SRC Service Desk at time of payment.Aerobic Class Descriptions
