INFORMATION FOR ENTERING PSYCHOLOGY GRADUATE STUDENTS

Please note that the following sequence is designed for your convenience. Many of the tasks are reliant on the task before having been completed. For example, you must have your Bronco card for the majority of these tasks.

+ Pick up Bronco Student Identification Card- Bronco Card Center, lower level of Berhard Center.

+ Graduate Assistants pick up Sticker at the Graduate College, Rm. 260 West Walwood Hall (East Campus)

+ Free Parking Pass for Graduate Assistants
* Parking Services is located at 2507 West Michigan Avenue, at the corner of Knollwood and West Michigan near the Faunce Student Services building.
*Must register on-line before picking up pass. Must show Bronco card with sticker.

+ Books- WMU Bookstore, Berhard Center or University Book Store (independent of the University), located beside Parking Services
*Used books go quickly. Buy books as soon as possible.

+ Computer Services; username, password, internet and e-mail- Computer Services, University Technology Center, 2nd level (connected to Waldo Library). There is a small desk immediately when you walk in. Present your Bronco card here.
*Don’t forget to change password immediately and register e-mail on-line at
http://vms.cc.wmich.edu/

+ Keys and Wood Hall Building Card access- Request forms obtained from the Psychology Main Office 3070 Wood Hall. $1 per key and must have a faculty’s signature. After approximately seven days you can pick up your keys at the Police Station, on West Michigan Ave, across from the Recreation Center.

+ Bank Services- there is a NationalCity Bank downstairs in the Berhard Center. *personal checks and check cards take about a week to reach you initially.
