| Position
Responsibilities |
- Approximately 50%-75% of the work will be project related rather than day to day tasks.
- Involvement in DRIVE cost reduction teams.
- Running and assisting in product development trials.
- Data collection and analysis by computer-based programs to monitor quality and resolve customer complaints.
- Assist in chemical and/or process improvement trial coverage and data analysis.
- Working closely with Quality, Technical Service, and Production personnel, along with other co-ops, to troubleshoot production issues and improve cost efficiency.
- Monitor mill processes for emissions and work on EPA reporting and permitting (Environmental only)
- Assist in the execution of pilot coating and calendaring trials and printing evaluations of experimental products. This will include ordering and handling of coating raw materials and coating make-down.

| Position
Requriments |
- Sophomore or higher level in Paper Science and Engineering Program or Chemical Engineering Program.
- Prior experience preferred, but not required.
- GPA of 2.5 or higher.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (required) and PI (preferred, but not required).
- Self-motivated and ability to work well in team environments.
