ICES Online
Evaluations become available to students at 12 a.m. on the first day of the evaluation period, and close at 11:59 pm. on the last day, according to the following:
- Regular 15‐week courses during fall and spring semesters: the last full two weeks prior to final exam week (total of 14 days).
- Fall and spring semester courses ending prior to exam week: evaluations begin on the official course ending date and continue for an additional 9 days (total of 10 days).
- Summer sessions: evaluations begin on the official course ending date and continue for an additional 3 days (total of 4 days).
Faculty have up to the day prior to the evaluation period in which to make changes to evaluation forms.
