Our facility maintains state of the art hardware and software for pre media
design and layout of visual information for multimedia presentation including,
conventional printing, digital printing, digital video, CD-ROM or publication
on the World Wide Web. We provide a multiplatform facility with Macintosh,
Windows
and Unix systems installed. These facilities are located in C-220 and F-211 of
the new College of Engineering and Applied Science Parkview Campus.


We offer a wide variety of digital imaging and printing options,
including Photoshop, Illustrator, FreeHand, INDesign, QuarkXPress, PageMaker,
Final Cut/Quicktime Pro, Adobe Premier, DV, AV, ink jet, laser, dye sublimation
and thermal
transfer. We also have the capability to digitally impose and image film or
plates. We make use of a full complement of quality control instruments to
implement Color Management Systems for assuring accurate reproduction of color
images. We are currently exploring the aquisition of a full function digital
press including a full featured RIP and variable data capability.
We have full capability to digitally master video and animation with full multimedia output including CD, Web, DVD and VHS tape.
