Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations MUST be sent in
writing and are subject to a $150 fee. No refunds will be issued for
cancellations received five (5) working days prior to the meeting or for
no-shows. Substitutions are welcome. Substitutions MUST be sent in writing. Fax
to +1 (269) 276-4189. We reserve the right to publish photographs of seminar
participants for promotional use. WMU reserves the right to cancel or modify
seminars, rates, content or speakers without notice, as conditions warrant.

Lodging:
It is recommended that registrants book a room at one of the hotels that are near campus. Please make sure to ask for the WMU rate. Registrants are responsible for making their own lodging and transportation arrangements.
Each attendee will be responsible for their room, tax, and incidental charges.
