
Kronos is the University's time reporting system used for submitting employee hours to Payroll. During the first quarter of 2008 a significant upgrade to the Kronos system had taken place. This upgrade has improved the system performance, added new functionality, placed all users on the same platform and has rendered all previous Kronos forms obsolete.
This site provides you with the information to help you understand the new Kronos system and provide you with the necessary tools to complete your Kronos tasks. If additional information is needed or specialized instruction is required please call the Payroll Department.
Remember that you have a direct effect on your employee’s paycheck. For this reason accuracy is very important and is also the reason we require that all forms be signed and dated.
