Eligibility Criteria
- Demonstrate financial need (Completed a Free Application for Federal Student Aid for the current academic year)
- Undergraduate level student majoring in Occupational Therapy
- Must have a 3.00 minimum grade point average
- Must be full-time student
- 2 References from non-Occupational Therapy faculty required (use reference form provided with the application)
Deadline
- March 1
- References must be postmarked by March 1
Award
- Varies
- Award will be credited directly to the recipient's student account
