Billing Information

All telephone and cable services, including premium cable/video services and data connection, will be incorporated into your University monthly statement of account. Your monthly statement of account is available on the GoWMU portal, by logging in and accessing the Payment and Account Information channel on the Home page.

Telephone and Cable Services handles questions or concerns regarding your telephone and cable services. You must contact Telephone and Cable Services within 60 days of the statement date in order to be considered for an adjustment. Telephone and Cable Services is unable to give you credit for reaching a wrong number or connecting with a computer modem, fax, answering machine or pager. Billing continues during semester breaks.

Past Due Policy

  • Telephone Service: Should your account go into default, your dialtone and/or feature package(s) may be disconnected without notice. If you have been disconnected for nonpayment, and want your services reinstated, you must pay your telephone and cable services balance in full. Once payment has been made, you must notify Telephone and Cable Services and request reinstatement of services. There is a $10.00 charge to reinstate dialtone.
  • Cable Premium Service: Should your account go into default, your cable premium services may be disconnected without notice. Cancellation of premium services due to nonpayment will result in charges for lost equipment, which will remain on your student account until the equipement is returned to the Telephone and Cable Services office. If you have been disconnected for nonpayment and want your services reinstated, you must pay your telephone and cable services balance in full. Once payment has been made, you must notifiy Telephone and Cable Services, request reinstatement of services, and request that the lost equipment charges be removed. At this point, the lost equipment charges will be credited back to your student account.
