Billing Information

All telephone and cable services, including data connection, will be incorporated into your University monthly statement of account. Your monthly statement of account is available in the GoWMU "My Self Service" channel.

Telephone and Cable Services handles questions or concerns regarding your telephone and cable services. You must contact Telephone and Cable Services within 60 days of the statement date in order to be considered for an adjustment. Telephone and Cable Services is unable to give you credit for reaching a wrong number or connecting with a computer modem, fax, answering machine or pager. Billing continues during semester breaks.

Past Due Policy

  • Telephone Service: Should your account go into default, your dialtone and/or feature package(s) may be disconnected without notice. If you have been disconnected for nonpayment, and want your services reinstated, you must pay your telephone and cable services balance in full. Once payment has been made, you must notify Telephone and Cable Services and request reinstatement of services. There is a $10.00 charge to reinstate dialtone.
