ResNet

ResNet is the residential computing network at Western Michigan University. It provides an Ethernet connection to WMUnet and the Internet, without the use of modems and phone lines. There is a charge of $80/semester (120 days, pro-rated) for Fall and Winter and $80 for Summer I and Summer II combined, per system registered to connect to ResNet. This charge is billed to the student's WMU account. Ethernet connections are not available in Stadium Drive Apartments. In Stadium Drive Apartments, and only available in Stadium Drive Apartments, the ResNet connection is made via cable modems.
