I Don't Remember My Bronco NetID Password

New Students

New students who have not received, or who have misplaced, their Bronco NetID letter with the temporary password should contact the Admissions Office at (269) 387-2000. The Admissions Office will have access to the letters and will be able to provide the temporary password after verifying ownership.

Main Campus Students

Main campus students should swipe their Bronco/WMU ID card at one of the card swipe locations. They will receive a printout showing their new temporary Bronco NetID password. Card swipe locations are:

• Bernhard Center Lab (BCC), lower level of the John T. Bernhard Center
• CAE Center, Parkview Campus
• Kellogg Computer Lab, Room 2200 Schneider Hall
• OIT Computing Help Desk, second floor of the University Computing Center (next to Waldo Library)
• Registrar's Office, Room 3210 Seibert Administration Building
• Rood Hall Arts and Sciences Lab, Room 3374 Rood Hall
• Sangren Labs, Room 3206 Sangren Hall
• University Computing Center Lab (UCC), second floor of the University Computing Center (by Waldo Library)

Branch Campus or Distance Education Students

• Contact the OIT Help Desk at (269) 387-HELP (4357), option 1
