The WMU Community May Now Install Internet Explorer 8

The problems with using Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 and GoWMU have now been resolved and The Office of Information Technology is no longer recommending that the University community not yet upgrade to IE 8. There may still be some problems using it with Banner applications and e-learning, however if the compatibility view button is used, those problems should be resolved. If anyone who has upgraded to IE 8 is continuing to have problems, please contact the Help Desk at (269) 387-HELP, option 1.
