Google Search on www.wmich.edu Changing
As of July 1, 2009, the Google search appliance in use on WMU Web pages will be updated. If you are using the current search WMU (or search your specific site) code on your Web pages, you will need to make some changes to the code.
If you are using the WMU template, as developed by University Relations, please see their instructions on how to update your pages.
If you are using your own templates, please edit, in code view, and remove these lines from the search WMU area:

Where nnn=your site name
After you have edited your template, the updated pages will require uploading to the server for the changes to take effect.
Problems updating the WMU template should be referred to University Relations at 387-8408. Problems updating your own templates should be referred to the Help Desk at 387-HELP, option 1.
