Mobile Help Desk

In addition to being onsite during move-in, the Mobile Help Desk visits each residence hall at least five times throughout the school year to assist students living there with various computing issues. They also implement Clean Access for ResNet. Clean Access is software that validates that each computer on the network is up to date with Windows® updates, security patches and protected from virus attacks.
