Download the GroupWise 7.0.1 Client for Macintosh

There are two different GroupWise Clients that are compatible with Apple/Macintosh computers: GroupWise Cross-Platform Client and the Mac (Intel) GroupWise Client. The client for Mac cross-platform is meant to run only on those Macs using a G3, G4, or G5 processor. If this client is installed on an Intel-based Mac, you will receive a fatal Java error. The client for Mac Intel is for use only on an Intel-based Mac. Non-Intel Macs will receive a fatal Java error if it is installed on them.

To install GroupWise on a Mac, start by downloading the appropriate .dmg file below. The file will be saved to wherever you direct your Web browser to save downloaded files. Double-click the downloaded file. Doing so will cause a mount point to appear on the Mac desktop. The GroupWise client can be dragged to anywhere on the hard drive to finish installing. We recommend you install it in your applications folder with your other applications. If easier access is desired, you may create an alias that can be placed elsewhere. The TCP/IP address to use to access GroupWise from the Mac client is 141.218.20.54 with port 1677.
