Managing Your Webmail Plus Quota
Your Webmail Plus account has a quota of 10 gigabytes. Information technology recommends that users manage this quota space as follows:
- Create a rule to clean out old, out-dated messages and attachments from the inbox and/or other folders. The below example, created in Preferences | Filters, will move any message received prior to October 2011 to Trash. See also Using Filters in Webmail Plus.
- Once created, select the Run Filter option from the top of the filter list and provide the specific folder you wish the filter to act upon.
- Detach attachments from the original message(s) and store them outside your Webmail Plus account. To do so, click the Download link to save the file outside of Webmail Plus. Then, click the Remove link next to the attachment to keep the email, but remove the attachment.
