Setting up Webmail Plus Using Windows Live Mail 2011

1. Launch Windows Live Mail 2011 (it may be downloaded from here: http://explore.live.com/windows-live-mail?os=other)
   
   
2. Select the Accounts tab from the top menu and click the Add Email Account symbol.
   
   
   
   
3. After the Add Account box appears, enter your first.last@wmich.edu email address, your password, and a display name.
   
   
4. Check the Manually configure server settings box and click Next.
   
   
   
   
5. Select IMAP from the Incoming Server type drop-down box.
   
   Enter imap.wmich.edu for the incoming server address and enter Port 993.
   
   Check the Requires a secure connection (SSL) box.
   
   Enter your Bronco NetID for the outgoing server address and enter Port 587.
   
   Check the Requires authentication box for the Outgoing server and click Next.
   
   
   
   
6. Click Finish on the success screen to complete the email account setup.
