The commission's site visit for the review of the undergraduate program took place in March 2007. The B.S.N. curriculum was granted re-accreditation for the maximum 10 year period, ending Dec. 31, 2017. The first site visit for the M.S.N. curriculum review took place April 2008. In Oct. 2008, the program was positively reviewed for meeting all standards and accredited with no concerns for five years (2013)—the longest term permitted for a first-time accreditation.
The next M.S.N. program self-study will be submitted in January, 2013. There will be a site visit on Feb. 25 through 26, 2013. If you wish to share any comments or concerns about this program, please do so in writing by Feb. 22, 2013.
