About Technology Help Desk

The Office of Information Technology has provided a technology help desk since the late 1980s. The help desk was greatly expanded when it moved to its present location in 2005. It is fully staffed to handle both telephone and walk-in customers and is your first point of contact for computer hardware, software, and mobile device related questions or problems.
