Campus and Hotel Shuttles

The Medieval Institute provides shuttle service to locations of the International Congress on Medieval Studies on the campus of Western Michigan University and to selected area hotels.

Hotel shuttles

Route 1 provides transportation between the WMU campus and the Radisson Plaza Hotel and Suites, with departures every 40 minutes, stopping on campus at Bernhard/Sangren and Valley III (Harrison-Stinson).

  • Wednesday, 7 to 11 p.m.
  • Thursday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Sunday, 7 a.m. to 12:40 p.m.

Route 2 provides transportation between the WMU campus and Staybridge Suites, the Holiday Inn-West, Best Western Plus Suites, the Baymont Inn and the Red Roof Inn, with departures every 60 minutes stopping on campus at Valley III (Harrison-Stinson) and Fetzer/Schneider.

  • Thursday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Sunday, 7 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

Campus shuttles

Route 3 stops at congress locations on the WMU campus, running continuously, stopping at Valley III, Valley II, Valley I, Bernhard/Sangren, Goldsworth Drive (at the Metro Transit shelter), and Fetzer/Schneider.

  • Thursday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Sunday, 7 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The circuit of the Bernhard-Fetzer express is Fetzer/Schneider, Gilkison Avenue (at the Metro Transit Center), Bernhard/Sangren, Goldsworth Drive (at the Metro Transit shelter), running continuously.

  • Thursday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
