Emphasizing food preparation, nutrition, and management principles, this program combines the scientific study of food and the field of business. Graduates may find careers supervising or managing commercial food institutions, or may work in the food equipment field, food research, quality testing, technical writing, or for mass media productions. Positions may be found in schools, hospitals, public utilities, or governmental food agencies.
