KALAMAZOO, Mich.—Western Michigan University School of Music faculty artists, baritone Carl Ratner and pianist Lori Sims, will perform at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, in the Dalton Center Recital Hall. Admission is free.

The program consists of three important song cycles featuring poetry about dreams, memories, and delusions: Robert Schumann's beloved "Dichterliebe" with texts by Heinrich Heine, Maurice Ravel's "Don Quichotte à Dulcinée" with texts by Paul Morand, and "Old Addresses" by William Bolcom featuring texts by seven different poets including Langston Hughes, Cavafy, Ezra Pound, and Bolcom's longtime collaborator, Arnold Weinstein.
