KALAMAZOO, Mich.—A weather-related break to a water main located on Wilber Street adjacent to the cul de sac near Woodlawn Place will trigger a repair closure tonight—Jan. 21—from approximately 10:30 p.m. to midnight.

The City will close Wilber Street at Business Court to facilitate the repair. Bus service will be rerouted, making a stop at the Fetzer Center until the roadway is opened and buses can once again use the cul de sac.

The only campus building that will have water service temporarily interrupted is Woodlawn Place, which is home to the Children's Place Learning Center. According to Peter Strazdas, associate vice president for facilities management, repairs should be completed and water service restored well before the start of the business day Friday.

Upon restoration of water service, maintenance personnel from Facilities Management, will make sure water service is back to normal at Woodlawn Place and ensure that the Fetzer Center, Rood Hall and Lee Honors College were not adversely affected.
