Booth registration open for Bronco Bash

KALAMAZOO, Mich.—The 35th annual Bronco Bash at Western Michigan University is set for 3 to 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, on the Sangren Pedestrian Mall.

The early registration deadline for booth space is 5 p.m. Friday, July. 31. Applications submitted after that date will be assessed a $25 late fee and processed pending available booth space.

Each year, over 450 student organizations, university departments, and local businesses and organizations participate in Bronco Bash by providing information, involvement opportunities, and promotional items and coupons to a crowd of some 20,000 people. The event also features novelty attractions, food vendors and a variety of entertainment acts.

Affiliates: WMU registered student organizations, departments and offices

  • Early registration through July 31: Free.
  • Late registration after July 31: $25.
  • Optional load-out assistance: $25.

Non-affiliates: All other businesses and organizations not affiliated with WMU

  • Early registration through July. 31: $175.
  • Late registration after July 31: $200.
  • Optional load-out assistance: $25.
