As a child, Sinbad was the consummate jovial jokester. His comedy career gained momentum in the mid-1980s, when he made seven appearances on the popular variety show Star Search. He eventually caught the eye of Bill Cosby, who cast him on the successful sitcom "A Different World." His film credits include "Necessary Roughness," "Houseguest," "First Kid" and "Jingle All the Way."

Sinbad has been a comedy favorite for nearly three decades now and is an incredibly gifted comic performer. His humor connects with everyone and crosses all borders, making him one of the most beloved comics of all time.
